Ekart Logistics — Product are not same which I ordered

Address:KAPIL TIWARI, NEAR PANDA MANDIR, TIWARI MOHALLA, NAGAR (BHARATPUR) RAJ. 321205

Product which I ordered and order date 14 dec 2023 invoice no #5777 and order I'd no :- NMNC[protected] and delievred on 19 dec 2023 is not same item that I ordered. I request you to plese return this product and pickup it as soon as possible. Plss.. convey my message to that shop also and refund my money.
