Ekart Logistics — Product Delivery date inaccurate/ Late

I've ordered a product from Flipkart during BBD sales on 7th of October 2023. The product started shipping from the same day and reached from Malur-(near Bengaluru) to Hyd mother hub by 8th Oct 2023. The initial delivery date is 10th October 2023. I've been tracking continuously then found that just a day before delivery it went back to the Hyd mother hub from the Kukatpally hub. I didn't know what to do and I contacted customer care (Flipkart). They said your product will be delivered by today. But it didn't. And the date changed from 10th October 2023 to 13th Oct 2023. And today is 13th October 2023. But the product still didn't reach to the nearest hub. So as per my knowledge, if the product don't reach to the hub by early morning, the chances of getting delivered on that day is zero. I was worried of the delivery because there are two reasons. One is I ordered it with an exchange offer. And the second one is that I'll be travelling to another city on 14th Oct 2023. I still don't know what to do. I couldn't find Ekart logistics customer care number.
