Ekart Logistics — Product delivery is too slow and there is no update for a week

My order got dispatched from banmoli sort centre on 27 sep. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow on 3rd oct but it hasn't even reached the nearest hub yet on 2 oct. And there is no update on the order since last 6 days. Flipkart customer service isn't helpful either.
