The item I had ordered (high value item) is lying in the hub since 15 April 2022. Today is 20 April 2022 and the item is still not delivered. On calling the customer care, they said that they will deliver the item on 23 April. Every time a delivery agent calls me, the only question they ask is if they can deliver it the next day.
What the hell is going on with the product? What does Ekart expect me to do? Nobody is helping out regarding the delivery, neither Flipkart nor Ekart. Was this information helpful? |
