Ekart Logistics — Product not delivered and marked as delivered

Friday 20th oct i got a call from ekart delivery person and asked to drop the parcel with watchman as i was in office but after coming back when checked there was no product delivered and also the number from which he called also was not connected again when i tried to call

Yes they are doing these things i don't know then why the Flipkart gave all delivery to them. They have to tie with delhivery or other courier logistics
