We ordered a washing machine through Flip kart 11.8. 23 whose order no is OD[protected] which was to be delivered on 13 AUG 23 we get a phone call ([protected]) from a delivery boy on 12 AUG at 8:30 pm who tells me to give the OTP we will be in 10-15 minutes They come and deliver but after that the delivery boy switched off the phone and did not deliver my product also. Around 10:00 PM I got a message that the item has been delivered while we did not receive the item. E-KART Logistics Tracking Number - FMPP[protected]
After the message, I tried on the previously contacted numberbut it didn't get connected
It was a paid order and I really don't know what to do.
