Ekart Logistics — Product not delivered by courier guy and not answering to the calls

FMPP[protected] - It's been 3 days product i.e. iPhone 14 is out for delivered. Whenever we try to call the delivery guy he turn phone switch off or disconnects the call. Meanwhile we had ordered 2 more product which was received on time by EKART however we are still struggling to get it.
