Ekart Logistics — Product not delivered in my home address

At Ghosalwadi, Danphata, panvel Old Mumbai Pune Highway, Near to Hiranandani fortune city Panvel New Mumbai Maharashtra - 410206

I buy a lot of things from online shopping and another currier person delivers the product on time and to home address, without any reason. But your currier person doesn't deliver at home .He calls and says we don't deliver the product in that area, and if you want this product come to where they are, otherwise we will cancel the products.
Also I have suggested to filpcart customer care many times not to give the products to ekart for delivery.
