I ordered Poco F5 from Flipkart in BBD sale on 10th Oct. in exchange of my old Oppo Phone.
it was supposed to be delivered on 11th Oct. but due to some medical emergencies i had to reschedule it on 13th oct. but it is still not delivered till today 14th oct.
there is no update after 11th oct, on flipkart website abt the product.
flipkart cust.care is not able to track my order.
they are not providing the address or any contact number of Ekart Logistic in Mumbai.
a raised a complaint and resolving date given by flipkart is 18th Oct.
i have to travel on 15th Oct for12 days.
now what do i do ?
ihave paid thru credit card. its bill will be raised in next few days.
if i cancel my order, the refund will be initiated within 4-5 days after my credit card bill is generated.
so now, i will have to pay the amt in my credit card.
refund will reflect in next billing cycle, which i cant withdraw in cash.
i am stuck from both side
product not delivered
amt have to paid, cant convert in cash .
what do i do ?
pls take very strict action against flipkart.
