[Resolved]  Ekart Logistics — Product not received as OTP is not received

I am unable to receive otp from ekart side on my myntra order
Order ID # 1209069 [protected], tracking number MYNP[protected]
The delivery personnel has tried multiple times.The registered number[protected] is already active and also has received previous sms from ekart but not received the otp for this order otp despite multiple tries.

Please help on this other wise the order will get cancelled.
