Ekart Logistics — Product out for delivery from last 5 days

I have ordered few products from Myntra which were scheduled to be delivered on 06.09.2023 through Ekart via Tracking ID MYSP[protected], MYSP[protected] and MYSC[protected]. On 06.09.2023 we got a call from delivery boy Mr. Saurabh for delivery of our product, but we were not at home that time, so we request him to either come on evening or reschedule for next day i.e.07.09.23.
We waited for whole day on 07.09.23 then we went to Ekart office to know about the delivery of our products. Then we got to know that our product got hold because Mr. Saurabh marked in system that our exchange products are mismatched. Then we contact to Myntra to remove the same and they told us that there is no hold marked in their system, issue persist with Ekart. Then we contact Mr. Mukul (+91-[protected]) he told us that he will talk to his senior and arrange to deliver our product on next day. Then again we wait for whole day on 08.09.2023, then on 09.09.23 we again contact to Mr. Mukul, he called his senior on conference, his senior told him to arrange to deliver product today only, after talk to his senior we were relax a bit.
But again on 09.09.23 our product got undelivered however we got a message at around 05:00 pm yesterday that our product is out for delivery, we contact delivery boy at 6:00 pm he told us that he will deliver our product at 07:30 pm.
Then today i.e. 10.09.23 we again call Mr. Mukul (+91-[protected]) at 12:30 pm he talked in very rudely manner today, again say that he will arrange to deliver our product today.
Ekart office is hardly 1 km away from our home but your delivery partner still not unable to deliver our product from last 4 days. Kindly take action against them, a company’s reputation can be on stake due to some poor/ irresponsible people.
