Ekart Logistics — Provide invalid tracking id

Sir I ordered usha sewing machine on 14 jan and it shipped on 15jan but no update after shipping. They provide a tracking number FMPP[protected] that show invalid on ekart logistics site sir help I'm thinking they try to do scam with us. Sir pls help im unbale to track order.
