Ekart Logistics — Received a cloth which I never ordered

Few days back, i got a message from ekart logistics in WhatsApp regarding an order, I placed is on the way, track your shipment, with my name and address. But I had never placed such an order and I was thinking someone who was very close to me ordered something for me. I was eagerly waiting for such a clothing . Today I received and the delivery man said I have to pay COD. I was not expecting such thing. And to view it, I have paid and got a torn dirty dress and was regretting my payment has gone. I need my payment back. Kindly take immediate action against such orders. Please make sure that people have placed orders.
