Ekart Logistics — Received message showing delivered but item hasn't been delivered

I have booked a mobile backcover from Flipkart and Ekart delivery person called and asked OTP claiming he is at my home. I was out of station at that moment. I shared OTP and I received message that item has been delivered.But later I got to know the item hasn't been delivered. It was already paid one. Please find a solution and send me my product.
