Ekart Logistics — Refund Of Amount

Sir I had ordered a noise earbuds worth rs 1099 with order id OD[protected] from flipkarta the order was cancelled by delivery partner due to some issues but I had made the payment in the QR code of E Kart in Online mode at the time of delivery. Plzz help me to get the refund of this order. Im attaching my payment details in this mail.
