Ekart Logistics — Refund of the amount

I order one product from filpkart the product is damaged but and my old product is rejected so your executive said that pay 1300 rs then he open the box. So i paid that amount and after opening the box the product is damaged so i returned but my concern is when you will refund my 1300 rs. If it is scam i will go to the costumer court and file a case against ekart and flipkart. Tracking id fmpp[protected].
Refund my 1300 rs as soon as possible. Because you know who is your delivery executive. If not i will go to consumer court and file a case against ekart.
