I ordered a product on saturday which was to be delivered to me on 2nd may. But this order has not yet been delivered to me intentionally by ekart logistics till 5 pm on 4th may 2023. While this product reached faridabad ballabgarh hub (From where the delivery boy reaches the product to the house) on 2nd itself. Ekart logistics employees intentionally harass the customers. Please tell me in writing the reason why you did not deliver the product to the customer on time. While the product was made available on time at the ekart hub nearest to the customer. Along with this, ask the reason in writing from the employees of that ekart hub and the officer leading that hub and take strict action against them, because of your negligence, ekart's franchisees and the employee working in them deliberately harass the customers. If you don't bother intentionally, then tell me why you misusing the features of that whatsapp number from which you give notification of the product. The whatsapp number from which you send the notification is neither a whatsapp call nor a normal call, and if we want to ask something by sending a message on whatsapp, we keep the read receipts and last seen off and even after reading the message nor do you give any reply. Those reasons bother the customer. Is it any protocol or law of the ekart company that the number from which it will send the notification to the customer, there will be no such arrangement in the notification that the customer can contact the ekart. If so, then it is against the law. Please reply me in return that why you have not yet delivered on time, i am also sending you the screenshot as evidence.
Even after so much evidence, if you do not take any action against the franchisee and the employees, then it means that the e-kart company is deliberately doing this wrong thing under its supervision.
