Ekart Logistics — Regarding Delivery guy who logged into my flipkart account and cancelled order

Hi,

I am Inayath Raza and my flipkart order ID is OD[protected], mobile [protected],

I got a call from ekart guy from Ranebennur - 581115 and delivery guy asked me to give otp to cancel order so i gave otp thinking it OTP for cancellation but instead he logged my Flipkart account and cancelled order, I need my order now and please take a action on delivery guy, this is really bad thing its a privacy concern and lending to fraud

Still I haven’t received my order and also no action is taken on delivery guy

I have raised complaint in Consumer forum
docket number: 3860635

I want my order to be delivered and strict action should be taken against delivery guy if not, then I have raise this issue to other concerned teams
