Ekart Logistics — Regarding delivery of products

Am not getting my product and not getting any pickup because one day when I cancelled the order at the time of delivery he is saying that you will not get any order now onwards is the company work on behalf of that employee they don't have any other employee for delivery. I am very suprised with that words and but am seeing that this is working I think you all are working under that delivery boy. I will wait 2 more days if I got my courier on time otherwise I will go to consumer court for harrassing me and for wasting my time.
