My tracking id is - FMPP[protected]. I ordered product on 16th oct 2023 on flipkart but this logistic team reschedule delivery by their own on 18th, 19th oct for two times, so total 3 times reschedule and at last on 20th my order was automatically cancelled and reason mentioned is unsuccessful attempt reject by customer.
Neither I didn't receive any call from ekart Or any delivery boy since 18th oct to till date and i didn't reschedule any delivery then how can it mentioned it was reschedule by customer? Means what fraud you done with customer. Even I called delivery boy for early delivery but the delivery boy denied for delivery. Such a worst and fraud to make customers.

The bad thing is that in resolution of my complaint flipkart customer care person told me sorry ane suggest me place a fresh order that's it. I don't need this ghatiya suggestion.
If Flipkart give us genuine resolution then they should tell us place a new order with same amount and whichever amount exceed, it would be charge as penalty on ekart logistics then after e kart logistics will never cancel the order.
Flipkart always give first priority to customers while offering big billion sales.
