Dear Sir,
I have been using flipkart since 2012, I have ordered multiple Mobile Phones from flipkart through an exchange scheme but never experienced such an issue. The delivery boy asked me to give a box of the mobile phone in which it was delivered to me a couple years ago in order to proceed with my exchange request, Who keeps the box for such a long time and what is the purpose behind this, just to annoy customers?
My old phone is in good condition which is sufficient as per flipkart exchange policy then why such things happened at the time of delivery?
Delivery boy asked me to give the charger also, although it wasn't mentioned at the time of ordering.
I urge you (flipkart and Ekart) to look into such matters where customers are harassed without any reason.
Here I am attaching some pictures from every possible side to prove that there is no fault in the phone.
I am totally disappointed with ekart delivery masters and flipkart. I have done mobile exchange before but never harassed like this ever.
I request you to resolve my issue.
