Ekart Logistics — Regarding Phone Delivery

As i have ordered mobile phone on 22 september 2022 and i recieved message on 24 september that your product is out for delievery and then till today 28th september i didint recieved my parcel while i tried call delievery boy then he said i am unable to give your parcel and i also complaint flipkart but they are just only said sorry and my issue still not resolved n from 24th september delievery boy didnt give my parcel n this is so irritating.
