The Ekart delivery executive assigned to my area is refusing doorstep delivery and as retaliation to me, he is cancelling all my orders deliberately labelling them as out of delivery area. Kindly, find the details as attachments. Please take strict action against this person as people like me are suffering at the customer end because of him. If you listen to the recorded calls between us, he is becoming more and more hostile towards me.
