I ordered mi a3 phone from mi.com side with exchange offer. The delivery boy came to my office and send the images to his higher authority. They seen the images and told him to reject the phone due to dent but on my phone their is no dent these are scratches. If mi company gave me exchange then how ekasrt reject my phone n is ekart have technical person specially appointed for these type of work.
