Dear Flipkart, I have faced an issue that my order was cancelled and returned due to the lethargic behaviour of the delivery agent(MIZORAM 796001 PIN CODE) One of my experience is when they tried to deliver my order they said they dont even know the location and I keep on telling them and trying to navigate the route, yet they never tried to comprehend the very common location which is near a College but later they called and asked for the 4 digit in the message then blendly told me that they will deliver the item the next day, I was too busy at the moment and dont read the other letters, I gave them the digit later I realized that it was a cancellation request which i never tried to, but it was too late. They lied and return my item because they refused to deliver it to me due to the item I order it was kitchen sink it might be heavy but they should just asked to come pick up the item if it was a burden to them. As you can tell that kind of behaviour seems to be a norm in the system and have been practised many times to many customers. So please, i kindly request the team to monitor the courier and delivery agent this is very unprofessional I ordered in many sites I had never face this kind o[censored]nprofessional issues before.
