In 7Jan 2023 i ordered a parcel from a site. When the parcel arrived at the nearest EKART HUB-they didn't try to make any contact with me. In through of EKART tracking feature i reached the hub and asked them for the parcel. They said that they already returned the parcel. Without any confirmation, without any update, they return the prepaid parcel on based of their mood. This is such a bad service.
