Iam shiva, I ordered a idly maker the product was colour different from the app/website so I return the item. The ekart logistics delivery boy was not contact me. On 2 Feb 2022 the delivery boy was canceling the return order .6 Feb delivery boy not lifting the call so plz solve the issue
