[Resolved]  Ekart Logistics — Return request cancel in nearest ekart office

I recived a USED and UNDER BRAND product form myntra, , i called myntra custmrcare and they created return request, but in our nearest ekart office, they did not acpect my return request, they give reason that i decided to keep the product, but i want to return this product.
