Ekart Logistics — Return Request Denied by Courier Executive

I am Anwarul Islam Laskar, from Hailakandi district of Assam, a verfied customer of Flipkart (Plus Member). Yesterday I faced a problem when I was trying to give a return. A delivery executive namely Mustak Laskar under Hailakandi Ekart Services denied to take return the percel because he told me that it's too risky to take return based on your issues relating to return and adviced me to try for return with different causes other than the actual cause.

So, My question is that If Flipkart allows the return for that particular item, why a courier partner denied to take return. Take necessary action against him as early as possible. His name is Mustak Laskar and his personal contact number is [protected].
