Sir my shipment PCMP[protected] was picked up on 28th April. At the delivery, customer was unable to receive the OTP. After that I requested PICKRR which is aggregator to RTO the shipment. Now in the tracking status the shipment is showing as delivered to seller whereas I have not received. When I mailed this regarding to PICKRR they said it will take 10 working days. It has been almost a month now and customer is waiting for the order. I searched on the internet. Ekart doesn't have any customer care. Where do we contact? Request you to kindly provide a contact number of let us know where the parcel is. We will go and collect the parcel ourselves.
