I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience i had with one of your delivery personal Mr. Abhiram. On 22.02.2024, I placed an order through Flipkart for the product spin cart 3 in 1 Screen Cleaning Set for PC, Laptops, Monitors, Mobiles, LCD, LED and despite the confirmation of the order the delivery was not made with the stipulated time frame. He had attempted to make a call and once i had picked it up he keeps quiet to prove his side. Furthermore the behavior of the delivery executive is completely unacceptable. Not only he was rude and disrespectful in his language he has also asked me to collect the product from the hub and he wont deliver the product for me.
communication through google pay, but he also used harsh language which is highly unacceptable and uncalled for. such behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of your company but also creates a negative experience for customers like myself. his google pay number through which he had sent inappropriate messages is [protected]. It is imperative that action be taken to address this matter, or else i would have to expose the messages he had sent on social media which would affect your reputation also.
