[Resolved] Ekart Logistics — tampered and stolen item

I ordered item on lifestyle.. And received on 26 feb 2019 by ekart in a tampered packet with 2 stickers pasted the opening side of the packet.. When, it was asked the delievery person... Shivam_debouye 👤 about the packet so according to him... It was a security check...
The time i start checking the item.. One of the item was missing out of 6 items in that packet..
Kindly look into this matter... Nd take a strict action against the person... As such delievery cant be accepted. 😡😡😡😡

I called them today itself. They said tgey surely will check the cctv camera and all security steps.. but you must ask your security to check cctv nd all the ares from where the packet passed...
