I received a call from an Ekart delivery person only once on 27th December about the delivery of my package. He asked for my address/location despite sharing it on the WhatsApp on the message as well that i received from Ekart. Today, on 30th December, i check the status and it says "ORDER REJECTED". Did not get a call from anyone. How can i escalate this?
