I have received a tracking ID SRTP[protected] from Shiprocket for its delivery since 08.04.2023 . The delivery was scheduled to my office address. Since the first delivery was attempted on a holiday i requested rescheduling . However, i have not received my package on any of the dates and now today which is a holiday for my office, ekart has updated me that it will be delivered today (14.04.2023). None answers the calls and the rude behaviour of staff and undue delay has caused me enough discomfort.poorest of the poor service from the team of ekart.
