Ekart Logistics — Unethical behaviour and extreme carelessness

I had ordered medicines from Zee Lab Pharmacy on 26.09.2022 for my mother. Today this is 05.10.2022 medicines are not delivered yet. when i tried to call delivery person he did not attend call. This is extreme carelessness with anyone's health.
