Hi, Tracking ID BHJC[protected] from Bhejooo, I ordered a Kurta set dress from Flipkart, but instead I got worn out saree which are dirty and old, it was COD and amount was same as Flipkart product. I would like to request them to come and collect the item and refund my amount which I sent to the delivery boy as cash on delivery for unordered product delivered to me, it a complete Fraud which is coming in notice now. Aug 9, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I ordered a product from flipkart which was cash on delivery mode, i received an msg also from flipkart that product will be delivered today with this tracking id BHJC0000039934 after i got the product on 11th july it was a wrong product again i visited to flipkart for returning the product but in flipkart app it was still reflecting arriving tomorrow so i clicked on cancel option as i was not getting option of return over there, after that i escalated this issue everywhere on their escalation desk and on twitter as well, i have images and everything with me i request u to kindly resolve my issue and return the amount Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
