Ekart Logistics — Unprofessional behaviour by delivery guy

The delivery guy was calling me on phone for the address to delivered the product feom flipkart which was ordered but he was finding it difficult so i went outside the home.

I called him and i asked to reach at a particular famous location which was near from my house he was asking me to come to another location as he had another delivery.

When i reached i spoke the guy and he was very unprofessional while talking he rude first of all its home delivery and i'm coming out to received the product so that it can save your time.

He started asking orginal id proof i showed him originally scanned copy of aadar card annpancard also showed him the message received from ekart logistics with confirmation pin but he was not convinced and was speaking rudely and unprofessionally.

I promise i will never buy any product of flipkart in the future if they have such poor quality logistic service.
