Ekart Logistics — Unsuccessful delivery

I had ordered serum from wow app it was to be delivered on 11 august but it got delayed till 14 august then I rescheduled it to 16 august but still i have no news about it . Please resolve it as soon as possible as it’s urgent for me[Tracking id:WOWP[protected]]
