I have ordered a Jacket (Breil By Fort Collins Full Sleeve Solid Men Padded Jacket) of order id OD[protected]. Instead I have received a full trouser. I have attached the image in the attachment section. So I have requested a replacement(Replacement ID:[protected]). Now when the replacement came the delivery agent refuse the deliver the replacement. he is saying that he is expecting a jacket to be replaced instead the trouser. Now we have tried to explain the situation but he does not deliver the product. For the next 5-6 hours we have been trying to contact customer service representitive but they are not helping at all. All they are doing is apologizing about the incident and then cancel the call and/or close the chat. After so much frustation I have decided to raise a complaint in consumer forum in a hope that the issue may resolve.
