I placed 3 orders on Flipkart and received it on 15th July via Ekart logistics. One of the items was wrongly delivered to me and Ekart agent charged me money for that. Since then I have been raising complaints in Flipkart but they ignored my request and said that the mistake has been made from the Ekart end. The product does not belong to me and I want refund for that product.
I'm attaching details (pictures) of the product and the UPI details of the transaction done via my side.
Amount paid- Rs 804
Product delivered- 15th July 2023
Desirable resolution I want- Refund of Rs 804
It's been close to one month that my request has been ignored. so I seriously want you to look into the matter seriously and provide solution at earliest.
