Ekart Logistics — Wrong Product delivered by E Kart and collected full payment

I browsed facebook Market place section and found 4 shirts of good linen quality, it price was Rs. 1149, after click the shirt then took me to a website www.vastrashop24.com inside facebook and I gave all the shipping details . today when it deliver the E KART deliver person told that you need to pay before opening it . So I have paid from the E Kart app and receive the product. when I open the product, its all the used and old one instead of NEW Shirts and they give the product which not even cost Rs. 10 . I have shared some pictures and the order pictures also .. I tired to send them email after checking the return policy and the email failed. There is no phone number to contact.
