Issue: Neither the maturity value nor the interest for the period 15th jan 2016 till date has been received by me.
The agent does not respond to queries and the helpline number[protected] is no more active. Message received is - please check the number you have dialled.
Please help at the earliest.

    When u people will pay payback my fdr for 60000/- its niw almost 7yrs. I havent been paid.

      Fixed deposit maturity amount not received

      Hi,

      One FD of Rs. 100000 vide FDR no. 68748 matured in 2015, the FD is in the name of my Father Mr. Vijay Kudalkar. Now its 2022 but still neither received any maturity amount nor received any feed back from company. Please can consumer care can take any action to get our hard earned money back to us.         I am the holder of Elder Pharmaceuticals Fixed Deposit bearing No. C-64766 for an amount of Rs.30, 000/- deposited on 01.12.2011 which matured on 02.12.2014 (Maturity Amount then was Rs.42, 774/-)

        The original Receipt was duly discharged to the Company on 24.11.2014 thru speed post.

        It is disheartening to state that till date I have not received the matured amount nor have received any correspondence from the company to this effect.

        It is expected from such a big company that they atleast should have the courtesy to reply to the FD holders regarding the delay or expected date of returning our money.

        It is requested to kindly take up the issue and get the problem resolved as soon as possible as it is already delayed for 7 years. Your intervention in this regard will be highly appreciated for all such holders who have invested their hard earned money and waiting for the maturity amount.

              I am a senior citizen who has invested 30000/- in FD with Elder Pharmaceutical.
              Your cheque 175309 of Rs. 907 towards interest payout was dishonoured by you'll. The bank fined me 112/- Rs.
              My FD N 72768 matured on 21/7/2015.
              I have still not received the maturity proceeds also. Written letters... Asked to wait.. Now no response from your end.
              We are middle class people who invested money to take care of our retirement needs. Can't you return my invested money back?

                        My FD matured long back with Principal amount of 25000 and waiting for the both principal plus interest plus overdue period. They have already taken FD receipt from us. Please return our hard earn money.

                          I am attaching a copy of the fixed deposit receipt my father Mr Rajendra A Shah had taken on 05/06/2013. I would like to know if there's any possibility of receiving atleast the principal amount as my father is a retired senior citizen with no source of income.

                                We are all Senior citizens living in a facility for Seniors. We are the unfortunate depositors with th company and our following monies are with them. You have also kept back the receipts sent for repayment.

                                3.C 81528 fvg Sharada S Iyer dtd 02/04/2013 for Rs.2, 00, 000 due on 02/04/2016 for Rs.2, 81, 024/-
                                4.N 82529 fvg Sharada S Iyer dtd 02/04/2013 for Rs.1, 00, 000 due on 02/04/2016 plus interest overdue till date.
                                Total amount due Rs.6, 53, 744 plus interest for the overdue period.
                                I had personally gone to Mumbai, Company Law Board office, plus tried to meet the owners. But no use.
