Am anithaa. I have deposited two amounts with elder pharma. Matured on 3rd & 10th may 2016.

Extremely disappointed as i didnt receive the funds yet.

Expecting immediate response for the same.

Depositing the money in one company and non receipt of the funds for more than two years is strictly unacceptable.. Running behind the company for the amount invested is really painful.

I have deposited my hard earned into your company through f. D. Keeping in mind it will help in my emergency time. The said f. D. Was expired as on 26.09.2014, still the company is not in a position to repay the amount, what is the use of depositing in your company. Even, the company is not bother to inform to their investors when they will going to repay the amount.

Now, i am in urgency of funds, you are requested to kindly repay the amount at the earliest or kindly inform me when you are going to repay the same.

We ecs financial services is forwarding this on behalf of our investors mrs. P usharani/ms. Geetanjali, an advocate based in hyderabad and mr. Nataraja murthy a chartered accountant based in chennai.
Our investor mrs. P usharani bearing fdr no. 81610 was a depositor with m/s. Elder pharma, mumbai. The fd amount has matured on 9/4/15 and since 37 months they have not received the maturity amount. Her quarterly interest cheque no: 138012 dated 1/1/15 of axis bank also got bounced. As she is a senior citizen, she is very much in need of her funds for her medical treatment. Please consider her request on humanitarian grounds and oblige.
Also our investor mr. Nataraja murthy has not got his deposit amount of more than rs. Two lakhs.

I had invested rs. 2.5 lacs each against fd receipt nos c 68430 & c 68432 in names of charu dipak solani & dipak rajnikant solani respectively. I have not received any amount back against maturity value of rs. 356450.00 each. I have contacted them on 03/02/2015 & submitted the original fds alongwith the covering letter. However, i have received no response from them.

I have a fixed deposit (Fd 69405) for rs 50000 dt[protected], which matured on[protected]
The cheque provided for quarterly interest for oct-2014 had bounced. I have not received 2 payments of quarterly interest and the principal amount as well. I am a senior citizen and live on interest.
Please help me to get at least my invested amount.

I had one fdr in elder

I have one fdr in elder pharmacuticals limited. Investedunder fdr no.81556 for rs.40000/-on dt 28/03/2013. I had submitted for refund on 31/3/2015.
Had not got refund. Help me maturity amount with interest

Pharmacutical submitted fdr for refund on 31/3/215. Had not got maturity amount please help me maturitu amount with interest

Supposed to mature on 2014
Not received principal as well as interest amount!
Why no one is taking any legal action against them.
Due to this kind of fraud people are losing trust on this company which is purely existing due to malicious intentions.
Kindly take in to account this fraud via this platform.
We urge concerned members of the company to take necessary actions as company operated from hard earned money of public won't take you ahead in near future if it is dealing with trust issue of public
Waiting for further actions and feedback.

The fixed deposit of Rs.30000/-Vide. FDR No. N 63394 dated 04.01.2012 matured was surrendered for repayment. Even after 7 years, matured Fixed deposit not paid back. expediate payment of the same.

I have invested Rs. 30, 758/- in my name Shailesh N.Vyas with FDR No C 74790 Dt.7/9/2012 with cumulative interest which has matured on[protected] and initially there were responses to my call but now a days I am not even able to reach them.Please help me to get my due amount. I was kept money on year 2012. and give FD receipt for withdrawal on Dt.8/9/14 to Mr.Sanjiv and Priti they called me after 3 day's I went but they called me so many times. after I tired and tell him to meet me to his director. and I meet director with so many investor. he promised us to give money before April-2015. but till date they give any response so do the needfull above matter as soon as posibale.

I am a senior citizen fd holder of elder pharma.
I have fixed deposits from march 2012 total amount of rs.1, 15, 000/-.
I have received interests only once on those fds. Thereafter not received either interests nor principal amount. Two of my fds have matured in 2015 and two in march 2016. As per the one communication received from company i am constantly calling and trying to get the proper information but one person tells me that now contact numbers have changed. When tried to contact the website given in that communication, my daughter found that the website is also on sale.
The same communication has mentioned about chartered accountant firm m/s arvind & co is looking after the portfolio. Can we get any information about that company? Court has ordered that the elder pharma and this firm to pay to senior citizens on priority basis. They have done contempt of court order, this fears a lot. Kindly help.. Guide..

I had received the communication from the company on 24 feb 16 that they will be paying off as soon as possible.

But there is no response on the subsequent mail.

I hold a fd in elder pharma fdr no n59549 for rs 25000 which matured on 13.9.2013. Till date, i have not heard from them reg repayment.
The co has disconnected all tel lines. Even website is not existing as it has been putup for sale.

Their promoters collected sale proceeds of rs 2000 crores from torrent and said to be talking to oberoi realty too! Where is this money? Are we a banana republic that there is no one to question and there is zero accountability?

In india, there is no fear of law and law allows you to go scot free without a scratch on your body or lose sleep after defaulting on your obligations. As they say, our laws are made for the masses by the #.
Our toothless co law boards or tribunals bend over backwards to accommodate all sorts of excuses regularly given by the co to delay repayment of dues to investors and lenders. Cases drag on till eternity so that investors are forced to forget all hopes of getting their money back.

One does not know if the co exists or wound up. Ours is a land of grand laws with no one to implement.

Receipt no n 66107 for rs.25000/- matured date : 25/12/2014.
The company has not paid the deposit amount of rs.25000/- so far even though the amount was due on 25/12/2014. Senior citizens are living on interest earned on deposit with the companies.
Companies are cheating the consumers by withholding their hard earned money and delay the process by filing cases in court and drag the matters for years together. This is nothing but delay tactics.
Company may be instructed to pay the deposit amount along with interest by selling their assets.

My name is kalpanaben shah and i have fixed deposit in elder pharma with fdr no. 77310 dated 10/12/2012 of principal amount 25000 inr. Maturity date was 9/12/2013. My concern is still i am not getting my money after several time call to elder pharma office. I am senior citizen and very difficult to survive without money in present situation due to inflation. Please consider my request and do the needful to refund my money.

I have a fixed deposit fdr-no-n60070dtd[protected] for rs 2000000, which matured on 23/09/2014.
The cheque provided for quarterly interest had bounced. I have not received any payments of quarterly interest and the principal amount as well. I am a senior citizen woman and live on interest.
Please help me to get at least my invested amount.

Dear Sir, I have deposited the above FD in Nov. 29, 2011 for Rs. 40000/- but till today I have neither received payment nor received any reply from them regarding payment. I am suffering from aurthritis in my both knees and doctor advised me to replace both knees but in the absence of the fund I am living my life like apahij. Kindly release my payment at the earliest.
