Even though fixed deposit receipt no c75727 has matured on 18/10/2015, proceeds has not been received. Pls do needful at an earliest else necessary action will have to be taken for recovery of matured amount and interest and all the loss i had suffered for non receipt of amount. Dear sir

I am rafiya ibrahim sulemani and have been invested in fixed deposit scheme of elder pharmaceutical on 21/09/2011 for the sum of rs:25000. And the realization date is 23/09/2014 for the duration of 36 months. The fixed deposit receipt no: c 60315.

At the time of realization of money we have already fill the necessary detail and send it back to the company through integrated enterprise, surat. After completing necessary formalities from investor point, almost more than 30 days are passed and no response is given from the company official in this matter.

I request you to give the valid reason for causing delay in clearing this fixed deposit money and also request to clear whole money asap.

I will hope that quick and positive reply will come from company official.

I have kept a fixed deposit for a sum of Rs. 36, 000/ through M/s Integrated Enterprises India Ltd. which matured on November 24, 2014. I have handed over the certificate in original to M/s Integrated enterprises for onward submission to Elder Pharma. It is now more than two years I am yet to receive a reply from Elder or feed back from Integrated Enterprises thorugh whom I placed this deposit.
I am now 71 years old and fully depending upon the interest income. Will anyone help me to solve this issue?

My fixed deposit amount of rs.25000 matured on 01.03.2015. I have not so far received the maturity amount and the interest till date. Fdr no. N 70405 -. Date of deposit 29.02.2012. You are requested to do the serious action against them, as the money matters a lot for use, they are not returning the money, almost 1 year passes, i request you to consider this application and force company to refund our money.

My name is Indira. I had deposited 40000 in my husband's name A. Vittaldhas as FD for 3 years, which matured on 30.11.14. I had sent my FD receipt to the Company on 5.12.14. No feedback from Company. I am at a loss to find out whom to contact. Please refund my deposit. Deposit receipt no.66981. Interest received upto 30.11.14. Only the deposit is to be refunded. When can I expect the refund.

I have a fixed deposit (No. 71276) for rs 50000 dt 05/04/2012, which matured on 13/03/2015.
The cheque provided for quarterly interest (~ rs. 1500/-) in jan 2015 had bounced. I have not received 2 payments of quarterly interest and the principal amount as well. I am a senior citizen and live on interest.
Please help me to get at least my invested amount.

ELDER PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED- A Mumbai based corporate house has been a great defaulter in payment of dues to the common, retired and old age, handicap widows for last two years. The cheques issued have been bounced and lot of cases under sec 138 filed but there seems no legal remedy. Can anyone advise, how long such corporate keeps on cheating with the common public hard earned money. My wife ARPITA who is handicap and put her money in this company in the year 2012 and subsequent repayment cheques were issued and returned unpaid in the month of March-15, when she tried to contact the office, promoters of this company threatened her and even did not allow her to enter the premises and meet them... How horrible our corporate houses have become and do not fear of the Indian legal system. I would request all the concerned, please interrogate on this company, we will have many such big corporate houses behaving and cheating with the public money. As Single person can not fight against such big corporate house due to their strong political connections even if they do not bother to pay the dues of widows and old age retired people...
