This refers to our FD with your company FDR no. 60803 for RS 25, 000/ & FDR No. 60802 Rs 25, 000/- Kindly note these FD’s have matured on 06/10/2014 and we have already submitted the original FD receipts through Integrated enterprises by First week of October 2014. We are yet to receive the Principle amount and accrued interest. Your early reply and action is much appreciated.

Sir I am having a FDR with Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd under FDR no 68590 dated 31.1.12 for Rs 39000/- in the name of Rama Khandelwal & Reena Khandelwal. The above FDR matured on 1.2.15, but till date i have not received maturity amount. Also, interest wef 1.10.14 remains unpaid I am 70 years old widow and lives on interest income. I had deposited Rs 39000/ in Elder Pharma Ltd on 17/11/11 vide Receipt No 62854 which was due on 16/11/14 Today now more than 6 months have passed I have not received my money neither any interest on this amount. I am an old, Sick Senior Citizen Woman. I made Fixed Deposit of Rs.20 Lakhs.with the Company M/s Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd., based on the recommendations by the Brokers, M/S Bajaj Capital Ltd., through.their.Branch.at, .Visakhapatnam, .AndhraPradesh. My Fixed Deposit R No: FDR No.N60070 dtd.24/09/2014 for Rs.20Lakhs. matured on 24/09/2014. The Principal amount has not yet been refunded by the Company, M/s Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd., so far. The Company did not make payment of of interest on FD . The Company is not responding to all my Registered Letters & E-Mail messages. The Brokers, M/S Bajaj Capital Ltd., are not in a position to help. The Company Law Board vide Order No.CA-2014dtd.24/12/2014 ordered Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd., should make payments to the Depositors within one month from the date of the Order ie., before 23/01/2015. But M/S Elder Pharmaceuticals. is trying to escape making payments by some excuse. I made complaint by Registered Post to ... Shri.J.N. My fixed deposit number C 68431 with maturity value of Rs. 35, 645 matured for payment on 2 January 2015. The duly discharged deposit receipt was sent through Bajaj Capital on 22 December 2014. I have not received the proceeds yet. I am a retired person aged 62 in urgent need of funds. I have not been able to speak to the company representative as they do not respond to phone calls. Dear Sir, Ref. FDR No.N82079 dated 16-4-13 for Rs.200, 000 in Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The company has deducted TDS of Rs.605 and Rs.592 from the quarterly. interest paid in Dec-13 and March-14. But the same they have till date not deposited with the Income Tax Dept. Hence the TDS is not visible in my Form 26AS and I am unable to claim credit for it. FDR No N 64907 for Rs.100, 000 in the name of Manilal K Gada and FDR No. N 63720 for Rs.85, 000 in the name of Manjula M Gada; both matured on[protected]. Since then more than one month has passed but the company has so far not paid the maturity sum. They are also not responding to any of our e-mails or phone calls. Sir, we are both senior citizens and have no other source of income except income from our investment. Hence it is very difficult to survive. It is therefore requested that the company may be directed to immediately re-pay the maturity sum and interest for the delay period. some body has hakked my password and they are using my mail id and they are sending mails from my mail id. which will create problem for me. 3 days back i have mailed a complaint. but till today no body has tanken any action in this regard.

shall you take action and shall i get back my yahoo id. why i am asking you, temporarly i have opened an account in gmail and i am using . if i dont get back my yahoo id, i have to shift completely to gmail or some other id where i will have security .

some body has hakked the pass word. and he is sending the mails from that account to different people. original account holder is unable to open the account. the account is having the useful and valuble data regarding the company. request you to solve this problem as early as possible.
