Electricity Bill — excessive bill amount of electricity june 2017 | |||||
I have got electricity bill of rupees 4700/- this month. We are only 5 people but we don't stay long at home because two are student and two works... Only my mother stay home but she too sit in a single room and never use any electrical appliance which could use much electricity... We don't have any electronic devices that comsume huge electricity except one ac which we hardly use. I raised complaint at tpddl but they put "resolved" status at my complaint without even taking any step... Also they denied to less the bill amount without checking the error... No one from electricity broad are ready to give proper response and they are very rude to customers and they are not even repling to our mail... Can you please help me whom should i approach to escalate this issue. I just need to know the reason am ok to pay the amount if it found valid... But i am sure this is not valid... Please help us... Consumer number is[protected]. There is huge difference of amount in our current electrcity bill than previous bills although the consumption is same. There is a defect in electrcity meter.please send someone to check the meter as soon as possible.residential address is j.g-2, house number 759A vikas puri new delhi 110018.please cooperate.
