Electrolux — complaint regarding poor customer service | |||
Dear sir, I Mr Nirmal Chitta Bala purchased one ELECTROLUX REFRIGERATOR 190 LTR, SINGLE DOOR dated on 04.02.2014 from GREAT ESTERN, with in two months the light inside the REFRIGERATOR was gone and on 22.05.2014 evening onwards it is not working. I gave one complain on 02.05.2014 with the complain no EKOL[protected] but they cancelled it "due to wrong call allotment" and again WITHIN 2 min the registered another complain automatically with a complain no EKOL[protected] and its very unfortunate till date no one can't able to come to repair it.Another very bad experience I got today when i called to your customer service no[protected] from my CELL no [protected] . At 6:20 pm when i called first time after listening my complain they kept me in hold for 10 min and cut the line without reply and again when i called them one lady picked up the phone and they are transferring the call here and there. As a customer I really face a lot of problem from your side which is not expected from a esteemed company.
