Electrolux — complaint regarding service station and call centre | |||
sir/madam, myself bipin tanna purchased ultima super model from sony mony electronics borivali west, mumbai on 13/10/2013 there was problem in the machine so i had lodged the cmplaint. the technician sended by you was not aware of the problem twice thrice they sended the same person and once they taken machine to the service station there also it couldnt solve couple of days back one senior technician also came but he also cant solve the problem. the manager shiv kumar talked with me and said now nothing can be happen. i am warning you this time if the complain is not solved within 24 hours i will lodged negligence of service case under consumer protection act, 2008 and then company and their higher officers will be liable for that. the complaint numbers are as follows emum[protected] emum[protected] you can contact me at [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
