[Resolved]  Electrolux — Electrolux is a real thief who just making fool of customers and only harrashing them on the name of after sales service.

Below is the mail i wrote to customer care about 1.5 months ago after repetitive follow ups over telephone to a number of service centre guys in gurgaon including the regional manager and still didn't get any response. people who are considering buying any electrolux product, please think again after reading the below mail: FW: Replacement / RAJAT KUMAR YADAV / EGUR[protected] / GGN EGUR[protected] (5) Hi Aman, Though we had words over phone a number of times regarding the below mentioned issue and every time you failed to deliver your commitments, the only purpose of writing this mail to you today is just to acknowledge you that you can't escape just by making false commitments as per your conveyance and can keep the customer on continuous mental harassment by just not attending the phone calls everytime just because of the trust of the big name "ELECTROLUX" . Though you are already aware of the story, but let me repeat it once again. I made a mistake to purchase an ELECTROLUX split AC through online shopping portal a month ago.The guys from your Gurgaon authorized service center (Excellent Services) came to install the unit on my request and found that the outer unit is damaged. The service center guy told me that we will forward your request for replacement and you will get your AC replaced in next 2-3 days and you need not to follow up your seller as we are electrolux authorized dealers as well as service agents for Gurgaon. After that what I get for the another three weeks is just the false commitments from your Gurgaon service centre that your request is under process and your unit will get replaced soon. After repetitive follows up by me for continuous 4 weeks what I heard at the last is that your request for the replacement is rejected and you please contact your seller from where you have brought the AC. My only question here is why you guys have made such a false commitment to me that you yourselves will be forwarding the request and I need not take the pain to reach the seller.Now also if it be the case why you guys have not informed me timely so that i can get the product replaced from my online seller or get the amount refunded. As you guys have already taken one month just to deliver me the result that we can't replace your product and you please approach your seller and that though on repeated follow up only by me. The only question of mine here is which online seller in your knowledge has the replacement policy after 2 weeks, as you guys had kept me on hold by just making the false commitment that you yourselves will be taking care of the complaint and I need not to worry, please justify your answer that How you guys can say after 1 month that your request is rejected and please contact your seller. The only conclusion I derived here is ELECTROLUX customer care is a constituent of refined crooks having no values of its customers and the slogan of electrolux "Thinking of you" only means that if you as a customer are are thinking of yourselves than please don't buy the pain along with spending your hard earned money to buy any electrolux Scrap and to take the pain with dealing with the arrogant and incompetent persons as you on the name of electrolux.. But this story will not end here, though I will have to throw away your product in the dustbin as i have wasted Rs. 25000 only for getting the pain for 1 month from the lair customer support team of electrolux like you and getting the scrap on the name of AC, the only pain here is not for the money but the trust that you have broken on the name of electolux. As I am not the person who will sit quite after getting fooled by the persons like you who treats customer as the biggest fool who will trust in the lying words you guys commit to him/her and will keep getting him/her mentally harassed. If the above mentioned problem doesn't get solved, I will definitely will not be sparing you guys to make your confidence higher that your practice for making every customer a FOOL is working fine. Consumer court has a lot of remedies for the guys like you and I will definitely make a favor for you to bring the remedies for all your such habits of making customer fool every time by just making big commitments and at last just delivering only the regret that "WHY WE HAD BUY ELECTROLUX" IF the relationship manager for haryana is such a big liar and having illusion in his mind that we had already fooled the customer and he/she can done nothing, than i am hoping that consumer court is definitively have some alternatives for the crooks like you.
