Last 10 days i tried to contact to your customer service center on [protected].
Most of the time they put me on hold till 20 minutes to 40 minutes. Always received a voice that our customers executive was busy on other call, please wait. After 10days of follow up finally contacted today morning and they refuse to receive my ac service request, mr. Gaurav told me that you bought this product on 25th may 2017, now your 1 year is over. You have to pay charge while technician will visit. Now please let me know no communication received from electrolux regarding ac service. Only one service 1 avail as on date. Don't break my trust about your brand. With regards kindly arrange technician for free service.
